All prices are listed in British Pounds (£) and include VAT where applicable.

3. Shipping

Orders are processed within the timeframe stated on our website.

Delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to courier delays or circumstances beyond our control.

Velaya is not responsible for delays once an order has been dispatched.

4. Sizing

Please check our size guide carefully before placing your order.

It is the customer’s responsibility to select the correct size.

If you are unsure about sizing, please contact us before ordering and we will be happy to assist.

5. Returns & Refunds

At Velaya, we take pride in offering premium-quality abayas. Every item is carefully inspected before it is packed and dispatched.

If you receive an item that is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photographs of the issue. Once confirmed, we will arrange a replacement, repair, or refund in accordance with your legal rights.

Returned items must be:

* Unworn
* Unwashed
* In their original condition
* With all original tags attached

6. Product Appearance

We make every effort to display our products accurately.

However, colours may vary slightly due to lighting during photography and differences in screen settings.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the Velaya website, including photographs, logos, designs, product descriptions, graphics and branding, is the property of Velaya and may not be copied, reproduced or used without written permission.
