Returns & Refunds

At Velaya, we take pride in offering premium-quality abayas. Every item is carefully inspected before it is packed and dispatched.

If you receive an item that is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photographs of the issue. Once confirmed, we will arrange a replacement, repair, or refund in accordance with your legal rights.

Returned items must be:

* Unworn
* Unwashed
* In their original condition
* With all original tags attached
